On May 16, 2018, the “Belt and Road” Investment Cooperation and Development Forum and the 27th Beijing Forum of China Real Estate Club were successfully held at the Beijing Renaissance Jinmao Hotel. Mr. Tao Ming, President of Evering Consulting, and Mr. Tan Ann-Kee, Managing Partner of Evering LLC (Singapore), were invited to attend the forum. Mr. Tan gave a keynote speech and analyzed the rapid development and opportunities of the “Belt and Road” in Southeast Asia from the perspective of a Singaporean.

More than forty guests attended the forum, including Mr. Shan Weibao (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Road King Infrastructure Ltd.), Mr. Li Zhanjun (Principal Researcher of China Real Estate Association), Mr. Cai Ruxiong (Vice President of Grand China Fund), and Mr. Zhang Jian (Vice President of National Real Estate Investment Fund Alliance), Ms. Zhang Jiaying (Executive Director of Beijing Global Zhiying Technology Co., Ltd.), Mr. Zhao Siyuan (Chairman of Shichen Investment Holdings Group), and Mr. Zhu Xiaohong (President of China Mansion Research Institute).

This is the first time for Evering Consulting and Evering LLC (Singapore) to introduce themselves in public in relation to “One Belt One Road” opportunities.
