Tao Ming-Founder and Chairman

Mr. Tao has over fifteen years of experience in management consulting. His project experience covers a wide range of problematics concerned with urban and tourism development. He was senior consultant with Atkins (China) and participated in or led a variety of types of projects including strategic planning, real estate development, TOD planning, commercial street development planning, tourism development planning, transportation planning, infrastructure investment and financing, etc. His multi-disciplinary, composite, and international vision ensures high-quality accomplishments in consulting engagements. In 2008 he founded Shanghai Evering Consulting Co., Ltd. that aims to be an innovative urban strategy consulting firm.

Mr. Tao received MBA degree from ESSEC Business School in France and a master's degree in urban planning from the Paris Institute of Urbanism (IUP).

Tan Ann-Kee ( Singaporean ) - Director

Mr. Tan has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, having worked in senior positions in hotel operations, sales, marketing and administrative management functions. Previously responsible for Pansea Puri Bali Resort (now an important hotel component of LVMH hotel management company) integrated renovation, repositioning and opening.

Mr. Tan is currently the Managing Partner of Evering LLP in Singapore. He is concurrently the Managing Director of La Paz Group Asia Pacific Region and the Senior Vice President Business Development for Euro-Asia Management Group.Evering Consulting is La Paz's Partner in China.

Mr. Tan graduated with a MBA in International Hospitality Management, from IMHI - a joint program by Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in United States and ESSEC         Business School in France; and a Master of Science (MSc) degree – a joint program by Paris Institute of International Management (AIM) and the American Institute of Hotel Education (AH & LA-EI) ).

Wu Yuan - Director

Mr. Wu has decades of experience in domestic and foreign enterprise cooperation. He is good at communicating with domestic and foreign investors, and has developed extensive interpersonal networks with Chinese and international investors, as well as local business and government related departments. His former clients and partners include Primo A / S, Bumrungrad International, EFS, Soy Group, Sheshan Golf Company, Asian Finance and Investment Corporation, and National Bank of Korea.Mr. Wu received a bachelor's degree in economics from Xiamen University and an MBA from the University of Birmingham.

Jinchuan Kang - Director

Mr. Jin is a senior expert in real estate industry. He has held senior management positions in several real estate companies in Chongqing. Mr. Jin currently serves as the Business Development Director (Southwest region) of Evering Consulting, and also holds various social positions.

Zhang Jian (Australian) - Director of the Advisory Board

Mr. Zhang is a senior expert in real estate investment and financing. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, financing and strategic planning. Currently, he is the chief investment officer of Grand China Fund, distinguished expert of the Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of the China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the President Chamber of Real Estate of Tsinghua University.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Tongji University and University of Sydney, Australia.

He Weishi (Canadian) - Director of the Advisory Board

Mr. He has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of project management and real estate development. He is currently the managing director of BMP Project Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. He was former director of Atkins (China), and previously worked at senior management of Bovis Liansheng (China) and DBS Land (Singapore)..

Mr. He holds a Ph.D degree in civil engineering from Queen's University, Canada, and is an invited guest professor at Tsinghua University.
